How do I pay?
Tap your card at the card reader on the machine, or use $1 and $2 coins.
How much does a wash cost?
$10 gives you about 8 minutes, $15 about 14 minutes and $20 about 20 minutes. Pick more time for big or thick-coated dogs.
What's included?
The machine has shampoo, rinse, flea and tick rinse, conditioner rinse, a blow dryer with high and low settings, and a tub disinfect setting.
Can I wash a big dog?
Yes. The tub is raised so you're not bending over. There are no steps into the tub at the moment, so bigger dogs may need a lift in. Bring a friend if your dog is heavy.
Can I wash my cat?
Yes, cats are welcome too.
Where do I park?
Park in the Pound Road Vet Clinic car park, a few steps from the dog wash. There's plenty of street parking too.
What should I bring?
Your dog on a lead, a card or some $1 and $2 coins, and a towel if you like. Shampoo, conditioner and the dryer are built into the machine.
My dog is nervous. Any tips?
Come at a quiet time, bring their favourite treats, keep your voice calm, and start the water on their back and legs before going near their head.
